Sweet and Sour Fish and Elbow Macaroni and Pork with Salsa

Sweet and Sour Fish

1. Use a Mama Sita or McCormick Sweet and Sour Powder Packet with Mrs. Paul or Gorton Frozen Fillet or Fresh Fish for Escabeche.

2. Add Diced Fruits like Strawberry, Nectarine, Plum, Salsa

Elbow Macaroni and Ground Pork with Salsa Mix

1. Boil Water. You can use Microwave Oven.

2. Cook Elbow Macaroni in Water until tender.

3. Make a mixture of Santa Barbara Salsa of Mango-Peach etc. Wegmann's Pineapple Salsa and/or Vegetables Salsa

4. Mix with the Elbow Macaroni.

5. Cook the Ground Pork with a mixture of the salsa in the microwave oven until fully cooked.
